We offer different Payout options and you can choose the best method to your convenience. You can choose from PayPal Cash Cards, Money orders, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Wires, Bitcoins and PayPal to PayPal transfers.

  1. How do I request a Payout? Top

To request a payout is really simple, once you are logged into your account go to the cashier and click on the Payout Methods link and then just select the Payout method of your preference.

  1. I’m trying to request a Payout and the website is prompting me to answer a security question that I don’t remember to set up in my account, how can I fix that? Top

Security questions are required to be setup on your account before you are able to request a payout, if you haven’t set a security question yet or forgot the answer to your security question, please use the Ticket Alert system and we will contact you as soon as possible so we can assist you in this matter.

  1. How long does it take to get a payout delivered? Top

Depending on the payout method of your preference you will receive your payout within 3 to 5 business days if you choose PayPal Cash Cards, MoneyGram, Western Union and Bitcoins.

I you choose to get a payout via Bank Wire, Money Order or PayPal to PayPal the delivery time frame is 7 to 10 business days.
  1. How many payouts can I request per week? Top

You can request two payouts per week, $500.00 for each payout. Please be aware that there are some restrictions when selecting some payout methods, for example, you can only use MoneyGram and Western Union once a week, but you can get one Western Union payout and one MoneyGram payout on the same week.

  1. What is the maximum amount I can request on a payout? Top

You can request up to $1000 per week divided in two payouts. For some payout methods such as Bank Wires, Money orders and PayPal to PayPal you can request up to $1000 in one single payout but those $1000 payouts will be restricted to one payout every two weeks, so here we are keeping the $1000 maximum payout per week rule.

  1. I see my payout was approved, the funds were deducted from my account but I haven't received any money yet. What's the reason for that? Top

Once your payout request is accepted, the amount in the request will be deducted from your account (including fees when applies) until the payout gets completed, if you request a payout cancellation, the amount in the request will be released back to your account (including fees when applies).

  1. How can I contact the Payouts Department? Top

There are three different ways to contact the Payouts Department, you can use our ticket alert system on the right upper corner of your screen by clicking on the Ticket Alerts link, then click on the "create a new alert" link, fill out the form with your name, account number and write your question on the message box, then just hit the submit button.

If your payout is pending you can go to the cashier and click on the "Tools" link then select the Update me Payouts option to request an update,  this option will generate an e-mail ticket that we will answer and you will be able to check on the Ticket Alerts section of your account.

If your payout is pending you can go to the cashier and click on the "Tools" link then select the "Update me Payouts” option to request an update, that option will generate an e-mail ticket that We will answer and you will be able to check on the Ticket Alerts section of your account.

  1. Can I increase my limits to get higher payout amounts? Top

At the moment we are offering a maximum of $1000 per week limit but we are working to increase these limits for the upcoming football season.

  1. Can you take two $500 MoneyGram withdrawals in the same week (total of $1,000)? Top

When it comes to Western Union and MoneyGram you can only request one payout per Method, this means only One MoneyGram and one Western Union money transfer per week.

  1. I requested a payout 2 days ago, why those funds are still on my account and my payout has not been accepted? Top

There are two main reasons to still have a payout request in the pending for approval state, one is that you are a credit card customer and you still need to submit your credit card documentation to be verified, and the other reason is that you submitted your payout request over the weekend.  For new requests the approval time goes from Monday through Friday.

  1. I have a pending MoneyGram Payout but I changed my mind and now I want that payout to be processed via PayPal Cash Cards, is it possible to switch payout methods? Top

If your payout is still pending and no control numbers/codes were generated by any of our processors  that are related to that payout, yes, we can switch your payout request to the method of your preference.

Bitcoins are time sensitive, if you don't complete the transaction in the estimated time (15 minutes), We won't be able to collect the funds of your transaction, in the case of getting a Bitcoin deposit rejected you can send us a ticket alert telling us about the issue, We will review your query and if applies We will help you to get your Bitcoins back to your wallet.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Prepaids that are allowed to be processed as International Purchases.

  1. How much can I deposit using my credit card on my first deposit? Top

The minimum deposit amount is $40 per transaction and the maximum transaction amount is $500.

You can increase your deposit limits by providing some Credit Card Documentation.

Simply send us:

  1. Front and back copy of the card used to make the transaction.
  2. Photo ID ( Valid Driver’s License, State ID or Passport).

In order to provide you with the best security to protect your account, we need those simple documents to increase your limits with the Bank providing the Credit Card processing. We also need those documents to process your next payout, so it is better that you send those documents right away, so we can process that payout when you request it.

It takes about 20 minutes to verify your email during regular business hours, anything sent after that will be reviewed the following day.

  1. Do I need to send any credit card paperwork if I use a prepaid card or Entropay virtual card? Top

Since prepaid cards are used for a one time deposit, documentation is not required.

  1. How long do I need to wait in order to request my money back if I am a credit card user? Top

For Bronze and Silver members, the wait is 21 business days after 1st credit card deposit. This is because that is the time that our processor takes to settle your original transaction.

Gold members takes 7 business days per card use and Platinum member takes 5 business days per card use. Entropay users have no payout hold time. To increase your Security Status, send in the credit card forms as soon as possible.

  1. Can I use someone else's credit card? Top

We only take personal credit cards that match the account holder information.

  1. What does is it mean when my credit card is declined? Top

Most of the time your credit card deposit is declined due to:

-Denied by the bank: use another card or contact your bank to allow international purchases.

-wrong card number: please review card number, expiration date or CVV and reattempt

-Incorrect billing address: please review and update your personal information with correct street address, state and zip code.

-wrong email: please review and submit a valid email address that is registered with your card provider

-Wrong card holder info: reattempt using your personal card only

-Insufficient funds: please verify your available balance into your card and try again.

-Daily limit reached by the bank: please choose another card since the card used has 24 hours restriction.

  1. What additional fees may be charge to my credit/debit card? Top

International fees will be covered upon request since not all the banks charge them.

In case that your bank charges those international fees, you will be required to email a copy of the card statement and we will credit you with the fees.
